Our Journey

We started on a journey to keep things together, not just metaphorically but physically too. Our first foray into fashion utilises the vintage Snap Fastener or 'Popper'.

Patented in 1885 in Germany by Heribert Bauer - we think this invention is so underrated and so underused that we kicked it off in foot accessories.

Our socks have corresponding poppers on each pair and they keep socks from getting lost, ever. Uniquely interwoven with our classic embroidered and merrowed logo, each sock 'Pops' together and stays together throughout both the washing and drying processes to your wardrobe.

The rear of each popper is super smooth. Whilst wearing you cannot feel it at all and yes the poppers are 100% rustproof.

All our socks are hand finished in England.

Having established the socks in a number of stores we turned our sights on pushing the poppers utility across our other brand creations.

Our draws inspiration from the military balaclava. It features a snug inner integrated 'clava as well as a baggy outer hood. Both head coverings feature our inbuilt signature poppers so you can pop your hood to your 'clava to keep it from dropping over your face or obscuring your view whilst weather conditions are fair.

Conversely below youll find examples of our outerwear, also featuring our signature poppers so you can pop the jacket hood to the thus keeping it fixed over your head, undeterred by wind blowing it back or getting rain in your face.

Its hood Pops to all our Jackets - either way keeping it over your face or out of your face depending on weather conditions.

Technical Puffer

Finding our flow in how each garment in our collection explores the extent to which we can extend function in fashion we dropped our winter puffer jackets.

Above we detailed the adaptability to Pop the hood to the inner clava. We've duplicated the concept on our jackets so every hood can be popped to our hoodys.

Whether you're in a city or trekking the Himalayas you don't need your hood falling over your face in high winds. Our Puffer Jackets also feature signature poppers inside the hood that that Pop to our keeping your jacket hood either off your face so your visions never obscured. Or snap the popper to another position and keep the hood further forward keeping the rain out your face.

🪖 Military Style. Peaceful Precision.

Forever pushing forwards we have since formed additional highly functional garments.

Our military inspired 6oz and 8oz Cargo Pants also feature our signature inbuilt poppers on the legs to adjust them from standard to 3/4 length or shorts.

These are hand sewn in the UK, hand tailored to your fit. Delivered in around 3 weeks from receipt of payment for your order and your measurements.

We also offer these in a heavy embroider, tipping a nod to one of our favourite 90's street fashion designers.

We also offer phone cases and RFID wallets that Pop to a hidden popper in your left and right pockets so your gear doesn't pop off (see below)

Headwear

The poppers are a strong part of our brand image and form our identity, but they're not necessary on every product.

We've found the popper to be so iconic that its become very much a part of our brand identity and we've stylised it slightly to 3d print our our gear (from recycled plastic we might add) and you can find this placed strategically in various sizes on a number of our pieces.

Whilst these they might not hold a function like most of our pieces, they do provide a subtle nod to our signature popper heritage and we hope you'll find it looking as slick as we do on your left breast or centre stage on your headwear.

Gloves

Obviously our gloves Pop together so you don't lose them. Otherwise you can Pop them to your backpack (see below).

Our Tees are heavy weight (around 210gsm) and we blend our iconic poppers into each garment in a variety of sizes. On the left is our 23mm signature 3D Popper.

Dr Poppin' Off™ [pronounced Popp-in-ov] was founded with a vision to create highly functional, technically evolving and ruggedly durable clothing whilst maintaining environmental consciousness.

Drawing from a deep rooted respect for nature we often use sustainable materials like hemp and 100% organic cotton.

The collections draw on our love of military design, tech and timeless pieces, blending these seamlessly to create truly innovative products.

Hand Made In England

All our garments are either hand made or hand finished in England. Many are hand sewn from top to bottom.

We are committed to longevity and sustainability and offer a lifetime repair service for all our garments (excluding accessories), ensuring that each piece lasts and maintains its value and utility over time.

We are Green 🍀

Whilst we may be pretty new to this, our ecological ethos and vibe are 100% sustainable. Our passion is poppin' off, and our packaging recycled and recyclable.
